This video presents a witness familiarisation programme in a video format for the Appellants/witnesses who have upcoming substantive hearings in the immigration tribunal. In terms of procedure it will inform the Appellants of almost everything, if not everything, that they need to know for their main hearing. Witness coaching is not allowed in our jurisdiction, but witness familiarisation is encouraged. It is hoped that the contents of the video will make the Appellants' day in the tribunal easier.
